SISSY KNICKERS is a throw-down production of circus, drag and burlesque from the BRIEFS FACTORY ‘boys’ famed for their punk politics and artful entertainment, featuring an infantry of LGBTQI+ artists who cop it on the chin, digest the words from a bin and turn it into a grin.

SISSY KNICKERS reclaims the shaming, takes ownership of disempowerment, belittles the lame attempt of harmful hate speech and demonstrates the next level extraordinary, fierce as fuck word smithing and the gay culture defence mechanism that re-weaponises queer folk; beyond the woke, beyond the joke, beyond the attempt to make us broke with the use of words that make us choke.

Name calling is a socially popular practice that challenges our emotional and psychological prowess.
Frowning upon name calling is just not enough.
